At Omada Real Estate, we believe in rewarding collaboration and growth through our innovative revenue share program. Our model allows agents to earn passive income by contributing to the success of the team. With payouts spanning seven levels, agents can earn up to 50% on level one and 10% on level seven, creating a lucrative pathway for those who help expand our network. For team-generated transactions, we offer a 50/50 split with no cap and 5% of the gross commission income allocated as revenue share from the company’s portion.

Omada Real Estate's Infinity Pay ensures that the rewards for team growth extend beyond the standard seven levels. This unique feature allows revenue share to flow through all levels of your downline until it reaches the next agent who has qualified for Infinity Pay. By unlocking this powerful earning potential, qualified agents can benefit from the production of their entire organization, regardless of its depth. Infinity Pay incentivizes leadership and sustained success, offering unparalleled opportunities for those who actively contribute to the growth and mentorship of their team.

Roll Up Pay
Omada Real Estate's revenue share program includes a unique roll-up pay feature, ensuring earned revenue doesn’t go to waste. If an agent earns revenue share but isn’t yet qualified to receive it, those funds "roll up" to the next qualified individual in the upline. This guarantees that the value created by team growth is always rewarded, even if the original earner hasn’t met the qualification criteria yet. Roll-up pay incentivizes leadership and engagement, ensuring that revenue share benefits active and qualified contributors while fostering a culture of accountability and mutual success.

Legacy Pool
Omada Real Estate takes care of its long-term contributors through our Legacy Pool, a unique feature that ensures no earned revenue share goes unclaimed. If no one in the upline qualifies for roll-up pay, those funds are allocated to the Legacy Pool. This pool is then distributed among our dedicated cappers, brokers, and agents who have been with Omada for five or more years. The Legacy Pool reflects our commitment to rewarding loyalty, production, and sustained contributions to our company’s growth. It’s our way of saying thank you to the agents and leaders who embody Omada’s values and have helped build a thriving, collaborative community.
